⚠ Inactive Member Removal
Members removed due to inactivity are not permanently blacklisted. Since we are primarily recruiting active GvG players, inactive members may be removed to free up roster space. Removed members are welcome to reapply at any time. Applications will be considered when guild slots become available, though leadership may also make room for returning members at its discretion.

⚔ To be considered an Active GvG Player:
Guild War Signups
Members are expected to vote on every Guild War signup in #guild-war-signups. Make sure to vote on both Saturday and Sunday.
- Voting Absent is perfectly fine if you cannot attend.
- Must sign up as attending and actually attend if rostered at least 5 games in the last 2 weeks.
📅 Extended Absences
If you will be unavailable for more than 7 days, post in #inactivity-notice beforehand so we can take it into consideration.
👑 Leadership Discretion
The inactivity policy serves as a guideline, not an automatic removal system. Meeting any removal condition does not guarantee an immediate kick. Leadership may consider factors such as:
- Prior contributions
- Communication
- Attendance history
- Guild needs
- Exceptional circumstances
Likewise, leadership reserves the right to make exceptions or retain members who would otherwise qualify for removal when deemed beneficial for the guild.
